Post Rate Limit

The Post Rate Limit (or PRL as it is colloquially known) is a function of the shack comments code that prevents someone from posting a large number of posts one right after the other.

If you exceed the limit, you will be greeted by a javascript popup that informs you to wait a bit before making your next post. You will occasionally see the phrase "PRL'ed" in a post if a shacker was carrying on a discussion and was prevented from posting for a time by the PRL.
